I ordered some software from you but have not yet received anything in the mail.
Solution:
We only sell one product where the purchaser receives something in the mail: this is SimPlates 2004 (and related add-ons). If you have purchased SimPlates 2004 and are enquiring about the status of your shipment, please see the SimPlates FAQ section of this helpdesk. Please note that if you have purchased the SimPlates 2004 Ultimate Bundle, then your Jeppesen Binder will arrive seperately from your CD-ROMs.. this is normal.

If you are reading this and have purchased any other software from us, including (but not limited to):
- GroundSchool FAA Test Prep

- etc.
Then you have NOT PURCHASED A CD-ROM OR OTHER PHYSICAL MANIFESTATION OF THE SOFTWARE, AND NO CD-ROM OR OTHER ITEM WILL BE ARRIVING TO YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS. While we have made every effort to make this as abundantly clear as possible and the vast, VAST bulk of people have no trouble understanding this, we find there are always a few who for whatever reason did not read carefully enough when ordering and thus this point is lost on them.
The above listed software products are sold via ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF KEYCODE ONLY. What this means is this:
- You DOWNLOAD the software from our website (start at www.dauntless-soft.com and then follow the links as necessary to the product of your choice - you will find the download link there).
- You INSTALL this software on your PC. When installed, this software is in "LOCKED" or "DEMO" mode with limited functionality.
- You PURCHASE an unlock code for the software. Presumably, if you are reading this page, you have done this already.
- Within moments of your purchase, an UNLOCK KEYCODE is emailed to you which you then enter into the software to UNLOCK the software. The purchase and unlock process is thus complete and you have the fully working software without the added expense of printing and mailing CD-ROMs or similar.
So, where is your keycode? It is in the receipt that you were emailed soon after purchase.
If you are having trouble locating your keycode or think you did not receive it, click here. 99% of the time, if a purchaser did not receive a keycode via email immediately after ordering, it is because he/she did not enter his/her email address correctly. Again, If you are having trouble locating your keycode or think you did not receive it, click here to rectify this.
One final note: the software that we sell is sold on a TRY BEFORE YOU BUY, STRICTLY NONREFUNDIBLE BASIS. The reason the software is not returnable is because it is available in a freely downloadable 'demo' mode BEFORE you buy it so that you can test it and see if it is something you like. Furthermore, the process of issuing unlock codes is not reversible. What this means is that if you placed an order, and did not read carefully and were expecting a CD-ROM, no refund will be forthcoming, period. NO EXCEPTIONS. With the keycode that you have gotten, you can use the software for your own personal use - just download, install, and unlock. We are quite strict about this no refunds policy because it allows us to be equally fair to all of our purchasers, including those who have taken the time to read carefully. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that this system of download-and-unlock works well and is immediate. We again, apologize if you did not read this, but this fact really really is stated very explicitly during the purchase process. While we understand that anybody can make a mistake, we encourage you to always read carefully.
